Scope of Work:

Includes replacing and providing new hot water heat recovery systems, repairing existing ducts to eliminate air leakage, HVAC system retro-commissioning to adjust the settings of the air conditioning, equipment, removal of abandoned non-functional control devices, rebalancing the systems to match the actual loads, and replacing the existing lighting fixtures with new lighting fixtures.
